Clone Fender Vibroverb Amplifier
Project Details: Clone Fender Vibroverb valve guitar amplifier with RGB Lucite name plate with Arduino RGB controller
This project was my third tube amp build. My fist was a Fender 5F1 5 watt amplifier, then a 15 watt Fender Champ Clone. This project was a 40 watt dual 6l6 cloned fender amplifier with some engineering niceties. For one thing, I isolated the +450 volt B+ voltage from the original standby switch to a high voltage relay. This takes the 450 volt anode voltage away from the standby switch ( which were only rated for 250 volts) thereby adding a layer of safety. The real star of the show was the custom laser-etched front panel that I designed in Corel and uploaded to Polalau.com.
